Jade is a Health Coach, Ayurvedic Practitioner, Counsellor, Yoga Teacher, and Speaker, driven by a personal journey of transformation. Raised in a household marked by domestic violence, drug, and alcohol abuse, she developed deep-rooted anxiety from a young age. By 29, that anxiety had escalated into a debilitating disorder, leading to relationship sabotage, burnout, and an obsession with work as a means of control. Desperate for change, she turned to Ayurveda, yoga, and holistic healing—modalities that not only restored her health but also reconnected her with her inner power.โ
Today, Jade helps others break free from destructive patterns, reclaim their health, and step into the confident, balanced, and empowered life they deserve.
